Formerly known as Financial Planning Exchange (FP Exchange) the business broking and consulting arm works with Financial Planning Practices in the areas of Practice Sales, business valuation, succession planning, acquisition consulting, mergers and preparing a business for sale.

Steven has an MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management. He completed his studies at the University of Rochester in New York State.
